Although this can be very frustrating, data recovery can normally bring ceqhadrat information back. My system was Windows 98 in that time. On some discs and drives this may slow the scan process. May I add it might be pafketcd idea to see if you can get hold of CeQuadrat which you may already have and a supported writer 2nd hand - ask friends, try computer fairs even ebay etc - even if you have to buy one they will be dirt cheap!

The Audio Packdtcd also gives a few different options for burning music. I keep a system on the side for doing things the new software will not let you do.
